  • Each cabin includes Starlink Wifi. Please note cell service is generally limited.

  • Please discard all trash when you leave by placing closed trash bags in refuse bin at the bottom of the hill, near the entrance to the property.

    • All guests and visitors must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager and Owners during their stay.

    • Guests must notify the Owner of any disputes or complaints from other guests or visitors on the subject real property, or from neighbors or occupants of other neighboring properties as soon as is reasonably practicable.

    • This particular Vacation Rental is suitable for children.  Guests and visitors are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other guests and visitors on the subject real property or neighbors or occupants of other neighboring properties.

    • Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors and occupants of neighboring properties – especially during night-time hours (e.g. 10 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure.

    • Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid, and extra charges.

    • Guests are allowed a maximum of four (4) total guests and visitors (adults over the age of 18, and up to two (2) children ) at any time during their stay.  Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum guests and visitor (and children) numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors (and children) are compliant with these House Rules.

    • Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.

    • Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding noise, the neighborhood, and the total number of guests, visitors, and children numbers.

    • Guests and their visitors are to dispose of garbage in accordance with the usual practice at the Vacation Rental in the allocated refuse bin near the entrance to the property, and excess rubbish must not be left in common areas.

    • Any time guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked in order to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage to the Vacation Rental; and

    • Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy savings. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when guests and visitors are absent from the Vacation Rental, for more than six (6) hours, or for large periods of time.

    • Guests must supervise any children at all times when using the decks, grill, and fire pit.

    • Smoking is not permitted at the Vacation Rental.

    • Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental.

    • All damages and breakages must be reported to the Owner as soon as is reasonably practicable.  To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement/written consent.

    • No bathroom towels are to be removed from the real property

    Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy as per the Vacation Rental Agreement.

    The Owner or property manager, or representative of Owner or property manager, reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to off-property neighbors or occupants, or other guests and visitors vacating or residing on the real property.
